Site Availability

AWA Oasis LLC offers full-hookup RV sites in a quiet, well-maintained community. Availability is limited and based on management approval.

All residents, tenants, and guests must be approved prior to occupancy.

Monthly & Short-Term Stays

We offer both monthly and short-term stays depending on availability.

Monthly stays are preferred and subject to approval
Short-term stays may be available based on open sites
All stays are first come, first approved basis

Utilities

All utilities are metered and billed separately:

Water: billed per usage
Electric: billed per kilowatt usage
Sewer included where applicable

Utility charges are due with rent on the 1st of each month.

Deposits

A $500 security deposit is required for stays of 1 month or longer
Deposits are held until departure
Refunds (if applicable) are issued within 30 days minus any outstanding balances or damages

Approval Requirements

All occupants must be approved by management prior to arrival or occupancy.

Approval may include:

Application review
Background or reference check
Vehicle/RV inspection approval
Age and condition requirements (RVs 20+ years require approval)

Management reserves the right to approve or deny occupancy at its discretion.

Reservations

Reservations are required for all stays

No prorating for early departures or late arrivals

All stays are subject to management approval

Availability is limited and not guaranteed until confirmed
